We start a service tracker that will allow your managers to monitor customer service. Based on those trackers is how most business owners like to pay those bonuses to their management staff. Some business owners that we work with hand out bonuses every quarter. That’s four times a year!!!

It’s an awesome feeling when you earn your bonus money. We then present you a nice Trophy Cup for being that store “Best Of The Best”of the quarter. We call it the “Customer Service Trophy Cup”. We also give away SELLING SELLING T-Shirts, that have great positive messages, that you can wear proudly.

This is a 90 minute consulting program where we put together a plan of action for Business Owners, General Managers, or any Top Management employee. We will discuss their needs and wants on how you want to set the NEW COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS. This will take some brain storming. The plan will then be explained to all employees. We then start the Sales Training & video taping role-playing sessions.
